All except the thin Australian reception guy are arrogant and not courteous enough. I have been to their Gladesville branch many times and they give wonderful service with 100% care each time. These guys did not even bother to explain what was wrong with the tyre. They pumped the wrong pressure and did not bother to even replace the hub cap correctly blocking the valve to pump air. Just gave me a bill without a receipt, except the credit card slip without any description. I went there due to an emergency and I will never go again.
Went there a month back to change my front tyre and also gave them my spare tyre to get it replaced aswell they said they have to order the spare tyre so please come back in 7-10 days after 7-10 days i went there to get my spare tyre they denied that you didnt gave us the spare tyre and we also didnt changed your tyre aswell upon fighting and arguing and showing bank statement i got my spare tyre back. They are thieves. Really disappointed and will never recomment anyone.

I rang earlier in the week, Bruce sourced the tyres for my MGB, rang today to advise they were in, an hour later they were fitted and balanced. Friendly and professional service all the way. No wonder they were so busy with customers this morning. Great local business on Parramatta Rd in Haberfield.

I went to get my tyres replaced and after the service I discovered the lug nuts were significantly overtightened, exceeding 150 ft-lbs. Hopefully they can find qualified mechanics that understand how to tighten lug nuts to spec, but I won't be returning to find out.
I cannot recommend the Haberfield branch more highly. They were prompt in advising the best tyre suited to my vehicle and ordered them in a timely manner. Fitment was a dream and turnaround was seamless. Best tyre purchase and fitment experience I have had.
